I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia on Atlantic (11750 Abess Blvd, Jacksonville, FL) and experienced multiple serious problems that have left me extremely disappointed and out of pocket.
Misrepresentation of add-on costs: The sales manager explicitly told us the maintenance package would add only $10–20 per month to the payment. After signing and reviewing the finance docs, it's actually $115/month—a huge discrepancy that influenced our decision to include it. This is zero to do with the dealership and quite honestly it’s for Sheldon in particular. I’ve had to deal with the dealer over the phone this week and I didn’t enjoy it. I also saw the person who read it me when I pulled in was not friendly or personable nor in my mindset presentable. Sheldon had to come in and refocus my energy and he got me in and out, and I appreciate it.

Had a great experience! Firas hammami was very helpful and having everything get worked out. He was communicating with me even when I was at work all day and had my fiance come test drive it and send me videos! He also stayed late and waited for me to get off of work to get me in this beautiful car soul!! I will for sure recommend Kia on Atlantic, but make sure to ask for Firas!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotate/balance. Got in a few minutes late, due to getting lost. But Carisa greeted me promptly and professionally, confirmed the services I was there for, and showed me to the waiting area. The service was done quickly, and satisfactorily, which is why I always bring my vehicle here for service.

I brought my car in due to an engine problem and Belle was an excellent service advisor. She got a new engine from Kia under a recall quickly and provided a rental car for a couple days until the engine was delivered and installed. She communicated via text to give updates. Car seems to be running great now, I will definitely be returning for future service.

From keeping me informed on the parts that I'm waiting for, to the updates on the servicing of my vehicle including a video to letting me know as soon as my vehicle is ready for pickup so I can plan accordingly. Then the next day she's checking up on me to make sure all is well and we are completely satisfied with our visit. Belle B is amazing and is truly an asset to Southside Kia!

They have turned a new leaf great customer service now days especially Mr. Sheldon Smith who helped assist me with my car getting serviced and the process and all that entails. Be prepared to wait for your service to be completed. I didn’t know an oil change takes 3- 4 hours now that’s about the only down fall especially if it’s around lunch time or coming after lunch appointments. Get in early if you can.
Sheldon Smith did an excellent job of overseeing the repair of my vehicle and keeping me informed as the repairs were made. I trust his judgment and will only bring my Optima to Southside Kia because of his commitment to customer care.

Southside Kia service department is always outstanding to their customers. They really show us that they care & are concerned if there is a problem. They also keep us updated on the progress. Even the lane manager is out there filling washer fluid as you check in!!! I have NEVER experienced that before!!! NEVER!!!
